YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK, Calif. (KFSN) -- A climber is recovering after falling on Yosemite's El Capitan and sustaining serious injuries.
Video was shared by the National Park Service with permission from the climber.
Park Ranger Jesse McGahey and his rescue team responded to the emergency call last week.
With the use of a helicopter, they were able to reach the climber and airlift him to safety.
The climber underwent surgery and is now recovering.
