RAW VIDEO: Tornado moves through Taft

TAFT, Calif. (KFSN) -- The National Weather Service has confirmed a small-scale tornado has blown through the South Valley.

Video of the twister was recorded as it moved through the city of Taft in Kern County on Monday afternoon.

It's just part of a winter storm that moved through Central California and brought plenty of rain to the Valley.
