Visalia man charged in toddler's death

Fresno, CA Police say emergency crews were called to a Visalia apartment complex around 5:40 p.m.and found 3 and a half year old Natalynn Miller unresponsive. They arrested her mother's boyfrind, Ryann Jones, after an autopsy revealed the girl had died as a result of blunt force trauma.

Those who knew Natalynn said she was a happy child, who loved to curl up on the bed and watch movies. Jessica Rosales says she watched over Natalynn since she was a baby. "Bubbly, playful, great personality. She was the perfect child, she never acted out with me. Everybody loved her," said Rosales.

Rosales is now asking for justice. Meanwhile, Jones sits in the Tulare County Jail, charged with murder.
