1 killed in Tulare County after vehicle rolls off cliff

One person has been killed after their vehicle fell off a cliff in Tulare County on Friday evening.

The incident occurred on Highway 245 just north of Elderwood around 6.30 p.m.

CHP Visalia say a tow rope snapped, sending the vehicle backwards and it ended up rolling off the cliff.
