Danyelle Burke North
Danyelle Burke North is a Reporter for ABC30 Action News. She joined the team in March 2026 and is thrilled to be back home in sunny California.

Before moving to Fresno, Danyelle wore many hats as a multimedia journalist, anchor, producer, and weather forecaster in Yuma, Arizona. She also earned awards for her reporting and anchoring from the Imperial Valley Social Justice Committee and won top 3 "Best Local TV Personalities" for the annual Yuma's Best Awards.

Danyelle graduated from Chapman University with a BFA degree in Broadcast Journalism and Documentary with double minors in sociology and leadership studies. During her time at Chapman, she interned as a TV production and radio host at the Ryan Seacrest studios at CHOC Children's Hospital. She also worked on the Chapman News TV newscast as a weather forecaster, feature reporter, anchor, and multimedia journalist.

She grew up in the performing arts and loves singing, dancing, and acting. When she's not at the station, you will find her spending her free time painting, crafting, visiting new food spots, trying to balance at the roller-skating rink, enjoying an açaí bowl, or most likely performing on stage.
