Fire officials say the fire was reported by someone passing by around 2:20 a.m. Monday morning.
The flames were shooting through the roof of the restaurant when fire fighters arrived.
The fire began in the kitchen area. The building was closed for the night and locked tight. Damage is estimated at 800 thousand dollars.
