Prosecutors say the 51-year-old Irvine man stabbed his wife 25 times in August 2006 because he thought she was having an affair. He also stabbed his mother-in-law.
Prosecutors say Nazeri hid the bodies in his downstairs bathroom, told his two young daughters their mother was on a business trip and warned them not to open the door.
Police were called after Nazeri's brother visited the home and smelled a foul odor.
