Morning Fog Covers the Valley

FRESNO, Calif. Close to 30 Valley schools called in foggy day school delays Wednesday, most of them in the South Valley. Three schools had to cancel classes altogether.

The Accuweather forecast shows Thursday is expected to be foggier.
