The fast food giant "Taco Bell" is hoping its food will catch on as the next diet craze. The company has launched a campaign featuring a Florida woman who said she ate from Taco Bell's "Fresco Menu" and dropped 54 pounds. The woman shows off her thin body while holding a picture of her former self.

But some dietitians are skeptical of Taco Bell's so-called "drive-through" diet. They said cutting calories always helps you lose weight, no matter where you're eating.

The Fresco Menu items cut out between 20 and 100-calories from regular menu items by leaving off the cheese and sauce.
