First Five Fresno County gave away coats, pajamas, diapers, food and a lot more in Sanger, and six other locations.
The group is always focused on helping kids during those critical first five years, but with people struggling for money, they're making sure families have access to some simple supplies.
"We're just trying to help these families meet their children's basic needs," Kendra Rogers said.
First Five helped 3,000 families today and they're planning to hold 40 more giveaways this month.
But you need a voucher to get help.
There are still a limited number of vouchers available.
