Everything from wheels to windshields was pulled from the garage of the home. Investigators said thieves brought stolen cars to the home to strip them. Then took the parts to a location in Southwest Fresno where cars were re-assembled using the stolen parts.
Police said the chop shop operators sold the re-assembled cars on-line as regular used cars.
