Police say a white sedan was traveling on Dakota, when it struck the victim at the intersection.
He's described only as a man in his fifties. He was rushed to Community Regional Medical Center.
The driver stopped and was questioned by officers, but it's not known right now who was at fault.
Cedar and Dakota Avenues were both blocked off for hours during the investigation.
