The buggy owner reported it stolen from a locked shop at his home on Saturday. The same day, the victim found the buggy for sale on "Craigslist." He set up a time to meet with the seller and when the victim showed up, he had a couple of deputies with him.
The suspect was arrested on the spot on charges of possessing stolen property.
