Actor Chris Klein arrested on DUI

LOS ANGELES The 31-year-old celebrity was stopped early Wednesday after weaving across lanes on the westbound Hollywood Freeway in Sherman Oaks, according to the CHP.

CHP Officer Patrick Kimball says Klein was booked and released on his own recognizance.

Klein was fined $1,800 and ordered to perform 150 hours of community service in 2005 after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor drunken driving charge in San Diego.

The actor is best known for his roles in "American Pie" and "Election."
