The Highway Patrol says around 10:30 Wednesday night, a man driving on Freeway 41 went through the traffic cones where a construction crew is working on the freeway.
Officers say the man crashed into a work truck. They suspect he had been drinking.
The man was taken to the hospital. His condition is not known.
No one else was hurt. The freeway was backed up for several hours while officers sorted out the mess.
