The former Washington Union standout is out on bail Tuesday night after being charged with multiple felony counts of domestic battery. Willis was the second leading scorer in the Mountain West Conference last year and is set to begin his senior season at UNLV in the fall.
A four-year starter at Washington Union ... Willis played one season at Memphis before transferring to UNLV. He's also the brother of former Fresno State standout Dwight O'Neal.
