Fresno county sheriff's deputies say the high speed chase started in central Fresno near First Street and Dakota Avenue.
It ended in Clovis near Bullard and Timmy avenues.
Deputies say the suspect then ditched his car and broke into a house where he hid in a garage.
He was eventually found on the roof of another house. The suspect was wanted for drug and weapons charges.
He will also be charged with evading officers and breaking and entering a home.
