Christopher Gonzalez admitted to driving away from the scene after Joey Lopez shot and killed the truck driver.
Richard Hernandez was making his early morning rounds when the shooter surprised him last December. Fresno Police say surveillance video shows Lopez firing three shots at Hernandez in front of the gas station at Palm and Belmont in Central Fresno.
Lopez has pleaded "not guilty" by reason of insanity. Gonzalez will serve a four-year prison sentence and will testify in any trial against Lopez.
