Police say 23-year-old Arthur Sedille wasn't aware the gun was loaded. He claims he would often put a gun to his 50-year-old wife's head during sex play and that the shooting was accidental. After he realized their sexual fantasy had turned fatal, Sedille called 9-1-1.
However, investigators decided to arrest Sedille. He may be charged with first-degree murder.
