Dydouangphan sentencing delayed in pot shooting case

FRESNO, Calif.

Wednesday morning a judge rescheduled sentencing until February 22nd because they're waiting for probation reports to come back.

In January a jury found Phayvanh Dydouangphan guilty of voluntary manslaughter. He could spend the rest of his life in prison.

Police say he admitted to shooting a group of thieves last September as they drove away from his yard. Stanley Wallace was killed in the shooting.
