Wednesday morning a Fresno County judge sentenced 24-year-old Koua Xiong to life without the possibility of parole -- plus 25-years to life, for the 2009 shooting of 42-year-old Jose Martinez.
Xiong denied ever being in the cab, but D.N.A. evidence confirmed Xiong's blood was found inside the taxi and in Martinez's pockets.
Xiong was on probation at the time of the murder.
