The video shows a man wearing a hooded jacket walking up to an ATM. Police in Atwater say the man in this video is withdrawing money using a debit card stolen minutes earlier during a home invasion last Wednesday.
Investigators say a man and a woman barged into a home and attacked a woman inside her own bathroom. They tied her up, before ransacking the house, taking valuables, and the victim's ATM card.
The robbers also stole the victim's silver 2005 Buick Ranier, California license plate 5MBA717.
