Action News has learned prosecutors filed a new charge Tuesday night against Jarred Dubois. Dubois will be arraigned Wednesday on one count of a prohibited person owning ammunition. This is a separate case from his probation violation although they are both connected to the probation check last week where investigators found ammunition in Dubois' home.
Last May, Dubois' two-year-old son accidentally shot and killed his six-year-old step-sister.
