American Laser Centers agreed to pay $125 thousand to resolve a lawsuit filed by the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
The EEOC claims a former manager at the Northeast Fresno clinic was fired after she complained about sexual harassment by the landlord for the facility.
The company itself has denied allegations of discrimination and harassment.
