On Thursday the grand jury charged 63-year old Richard Daleman in connection with marijuana grows at two locations in Visalia.
Authorities say Daleman sold more than 190 pounds of pot to two undercover officers.
Investigators say the drugs were to be shipped out of California. They say Daleman also bragged about selling to buyers in New York.
Even with a medical marijuana card, selling pot to be sold across state lines is illegal.
Daleman pleaded not guilty to the charges. He's expected back in court later this month.
