It happened just after midnight near Van Ness and Vassar.
Investigators say more than 100 people were attending a birthday party when gang members began showing up.
The gunfire sent people running from the scene, including some of the shooting victims. None had life threatening injuries.
Police made one arrest in the case but believe there are more suspects.
They are now offering a one-thousand dollar reward for information that leads to arrests.
