Thursday the family of Ahjahn Thirakoune hugged and cried. They say he did not deserve to die like this and was a generous man who would help anyone.
The victim's sister, Tina Thirakoune said, "There's nothing he wouldn't do for me. He's just so respectful to everybody, very openhearted and just people took advantage of his openheartedness.
The crime took place at the Ashtree Apartments on Willow near Ashlan. Police say the victim was stabbed to death after the suspect, Casildo Varbarin, 22, accused him of raping his girlfriend.
