The chain is celebrating the day with a free short stack of pancakes.
In exchange, they're asking customers to donate at least $5 to Children's Miracle Network hospitals.
IHOP has been holding this fundraiser for seven years now -- and has raised nearly eight million dollars.
Last year restaurants in the Valley raised about $16 thousand.
Organizers are hoping to top that this year.
"It keeps us on the leading edge of technology, of people and being able to serve children who otherwise might not get served," Jill Wagner of Children's Hospital said.
All the money raised in the Valley will go to Children's Hospital Central California.
IHOP's free pancake fundraiser runs until 10 p.m. Tuesday night.
