University High took home a trophy in Sacramento after coming in sixth place overall.
University High took the top spot in last month's Fresno County competition.
Two years ago, the school broke Edison high's 13-year winning streak.
Edison came in seventh place overall.
Four other Valley schools also competed in Sacramento this weekend, including Merced and Lemoore High Schools.
