Fresno Police say someone driving along R Street near Mono Street hit a man in a wheelchair just before 11 p.m. Wednesday night. Authorities say the man suffered a leg injury and was taken to Community Regional Medical Center. His condition has not yet been released.
Authorities say the driver took off after the crash. Detectives are still looking for that driver, but say they don't have a description of the car.
