Several farm groups are urging congress members to include what's known as the "Air Quality Initiative" in the Farm Bill. The program could make it easier for farmers to upgrade their equipment, while at the same time decreasing emissions and addressing air quality regulations.
The Senate version of the bill included the program. Farmers want to make sure the house's version includes it, too.
