A SoCal gas crew worked for several hours Thursday to repair a gas leak that evacuated homes.
Shortly after 3 p.m. a gas line was ruptured by a tractor working in the area of Dinuba and Zediker. A cloud of gas was seen billowing up from the ground for about 4 hours.
At one point three homes in the area were evacuated, and a one block radius was blocked off.
No injuries were reported from the incident. Officials want to remind everyone to call 811 before digging to have gas lines marked for free.
