Olive harvest season is underway

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Plenty of us have tasted Enzo Olive Oil, maybe you even have it in your cabinets. Enzo is one of the leading olive oil companies in California. It's also one of the top organic olive oil producers in the state.

The company farms 400 acres in Madera County. They are fourth generation farmers and grow 3 different varieties of olives -- which produces different flavors of olive oil.

According to the California Olive Oil Council, 99 percent of all olive oil in the U.S. comes from California.
