Hundreds of runners took their marks for the sixth annual California Classic

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The two-day event wrapped up with a half marathon and a 5K run or walk at Chukchansi Park.

The skies were sunny for runners. The complete opposite of what we saw yesterday for the other half of the California Classic weekend.

Rain flooded a part of the course, forcing organizers to skip the 100-mile race to keep riders from getting hurt, but they still held the 35 and 60-mile races.
