Grand Canyon celebrates 100th anniversary with year of events

The National Park Service is kicking off a year of events to commemorate the Grand Canyon's 100TH anniversary.

President Woodrow Wilson designated the geological wonder a national park on February 26th, 1919 capping a 35-year effort to protect the area.
