FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- Action News was in the kitchen with three generations of the Baloian family. Baloian Farms grows a variety of produce including: green, red, and yellow peppers, mini peppers, baby bells, zucchini squash, eggplant, red onions. Now the company is finding different ways to help everyday people eat vegetables with their new squash kit.
The squash saute kit is their newest and most exciting new venture. It simplifies meal time by taking the guess work out of meal preparation. All the family has to do is wash the squash, slice it, saute and add the included season packet. It's a meal solution ready in 5 minutes!
They say the customer response so far has been tremendous. They say local venues, like the Fresno Food Expo, helps them get marketplace exposure in the Valley.
