Authorities look for missing man who was training for a hike

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A Fresno County search and rescue team is looking for a missing 74-year-old man.

Relatives say Robert Simonian went for a walk Monday morning around 9:30 in the area of Barstow and Dickenson avenues. He was carrying a large backpack and was training for a hike. They say his wife went to give him water and couldn't find him.
