2 arrested, 1 sought in 2007 murder near Sanger

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Fresno County Sheriff's Office on Thursday announced the arrest of two men accused of a murder near Sanger seven years ago.

Victor Rodriguez-Mendoza, 29, and Victor Estrada, 28, are in custody. Investigators are still searching for a third suspect, Felix Rios, 28.

David Vera, 21, was found shot to death on July 1, 2007. The shooting happened near Annadale and Reed avenues. Deputies say more than 100 people were at a party in an orchard when gunshots rang out.

Authorities say Rios should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who knows where he could be is asked contact the Sheriff's Office at (559) 600-3111.
