FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Four people are recovering after being shot in Central Fresno on Monday.
Fresno police responded to an apartment complex at Fountain Way and Pleasant Avenue around 11:45 a.m. after reports of several shots fired. When they arrived, they found a 19-year-old woman who was shot in the leg.
While police were at the scene, three other male victims arrived at Community Regional Medical Center on their own. They were also shot in the legs.
Police say the victims are not cooperating with investigators, but it appears it may stem from a domestic dispute.
"It seems pretty extreme for just domestic because three people were shot and many, many rounds were fired," said Fresno Police Lt. Joe Gomez.
Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to contact the Fresno Police Department at (559) 621-7000.
