FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno Grizzlies baseball fans are doing their part to help with the drought. Those who donated a case of bottled water at Saturday's game received a complimentary ticket voucher to a future home game.

On Tuesday, the team plans to join Coca-Cola and Centro La Familia in donating more than 300 cases of Dasani bottled water to the city of Potterville, where many wells have run dry.

"We know there's a strong need for water down in the South Valley, in Porterville. I mean, when you talk about people not having potable water, that's an extreme issue, and we want to do what we can to help," Fresno Grizzlies spokesperson Ryan Young said.

There have been more than 1,200 reported well failures in Tulare County, with 720 in Porterville alone.
