Merced firefighters train for water rescues

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Merced city firefighters are preparing to rescue people from the water in the wake of all our recent rain.

Crews trained in Bear Creek earlier this week. The water level is noticeably higher than it has been during the past few drought years.
