Mom and daughter arrested on meth charges in Merced

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Authorities in Merced have arrested a mother and daughter on meth charges.

Tiffany Devaurs, 31, and her mother, Cynthia Devaurs, 51, were booked on charges of possession of a controlled substance for sale.

Merced police went to the women's home on 19th near T Street on Saturday morning after getting reports of possible drug activity there. They found nearly 12 ounces of crystal methamphetamine.

Police say the investigation is still ongoing.
