Oakland Raiders, San Diego Chargers develop plans for LA stadium

The Oakland Raiders and San Diego Chargers are considering a plan to share a $1.7 billion, privately-funded new stadium in the Los Angeles area.

The two NFL teams are still trying to work out deals in their home cities using public subsidies for new stadiums.

The Raiders have been working on a new stadium proposal in Oakland for the past six years, but has had difficulty getting funding for the project.
