Pint for Pint Blood Drive has a successful day one

FRESNO, -- The 28th Annual Pint for Pint Blood Drive is underway and if you didn't have a chance to donate there's still time. ABC30, the Central California Blood Center and Baskin-Robbins joined together for the two-day event. Dozens of people went to the Jenny Eller Donor Center in Northwest Fresno to donate. Organizers say it was a successful day one with 850 pints and they are still counting.

Donors will receive a coupon for a free pint of Baskin-Robbins ice cream, plus a t-shirt! If you'd like to donate there are five Valley locations. Three in Fresno, one in Visalia and one in Clovis. The blood drive runs from 9am through 4pm.
