Reedley man arrested when 20 lbs. of neatly packed marijuana was found in his car

DINUBA, Calif. (KFSN) -- A Reedley man is in the Tulare County jail after 20 pounds of marijuana was found in his car.

Luciano Carranza, 27, was pulled over for a traffic stop just outside Dinuba about two Monday morning. Officials said he didn't have a driver's license and was acting suspiciously.

Inside the trunk, they found three large trash bags.

The bags were full of 20 individually vacuum sealed storage bags. Each contained one pound of processed marijuana.

The estimated street value of the drug is not known.
