SANTA BARBARA COUNTY (KFSN) -- Third time was the charm for Space-X as the company launches its Falcon 9 rocket from Vandenberg Air Force Base in Santa Barbara County Thursday morning.
The second launch attempt was scheduled to happened Wednesday morning but was scrubbed due to strong upper-level winds-- its first attempt was last Saturday.
Space-X founder Elon Musk sent the rocket into orbit along with the observational satellite, PAZ, and two other test satellites for global broadband.
