STOCKTON, Calif. -- Stockton Mayor Anthony Silva has been arrested on child endangerment charges Thursday morning while at a city-run youth camp in Amador County.
He's accused of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, providing alcohol to a minor, and felony eavesdropping or recording confidential communications.
The charges come less than a week after news broke that Silva's missing gun had been used in the murder of a 13-year-old boy in February of last year.
Silva is running for reelection in November.
