Clovis Police search for Female armed robber

The woman walked into Clovis Discount Cigarettes on Shaw Avenue Wednesday wearing a dark jacket, beanie, gloves, and sunglasses. She pulled a gun on the clerk and demanded money. She ran from the store, leaving some of the cash behind.

Police say minutes earlier the same woman held up a mail shop a few blocks away.

Police say a female robber is a bit out of the ordinary. "It's different... a lot of times you'll see a man and woman team, or two men... but it was a woman that went in there," said Janet Stoll-Lee with the Clovis Police Department.
