43-year-old Steve Kinzey is believed to be the president of the local chapter of the "Devils Disciples" motorcycle club. He has been the target of a six-month narcotics and weapons trafficking investigation.
Kinzey has been an Associate Professor of Kinesiology at California State University, San Bernardino for nearly 10-years.
During a raid at his Highland home last week, investigators seized more than a pound of meth, guns, body armor, and leather biker vests.
