The Lime Lite has been in business for nearly fifty years. Its current owners took it over in 1976. They recently decided to sell their majority stake.
Brandon Smittcamp will become the managing partner in December. Both parties say clients can expect the same type of service with a few minor changes.
"Yeah, we want to develop a little bit of a late night crowd, and we have such a beautiful patio out there, it's a great place to come and relax," said new owner Brandon Smittcamp.
"For the time being, we're going to concentrate on the wonderful transition here and letting all of our established customers and new customers know that the Lime Lite is going to remain the same," said current owner George Milutinovich.
The Lime Lite will remain open during the ownership transition.
